80g Patate
50g Porro

Rosolare il porro tagliato a fettine con l’olio. Aggiungere un po’ di acqua e far appassire. Aggiungere il radicchio tagliato e lasciar cuocere per 5 minuti a fiamma media con coperchio. Aggiungere la patata a cubetti, il brodo e lasciar cuocere con coperchio per 30 minuti a fiamma media. A fine cottura, frullare con il frullatore ad immersione.
